University of Baltimore
Baltimore, MD
An icon for the University of Baltimore, the Law School building represents a modern aesthetic, green architecture and sustainable site serving as a model for future campus development. Situated at the gateway to the University, the small urban site poses many challenges. The scope of work includes urban streetscape, a pedestrian plaza entry sequence, sunken garden with waterwall, 12,000 square feet of green roofs, interior atrium gardens and interior water feature. Site design addresses the development of both the public realm and private garden spaces through microclimate, stormwater management as well as visual and acoustic screening from the adjacent highways and busy urban area.
